Bramble Berry was shocked and honored to receive the “Best Small Business in Whatcom County” award from the Northwest Business News Monthly.
The awards ceremony was fun and it was a nice chance to get all dressed up (notice the snazzy red shoes?). Plus, I got to give a shout-out from the stage to fabulous Norman, our COO, who has been with Bramble Berry for seven years now and deserves much of the credit for our success. And, we filled a table with friends, including Bob Pritchett from Logos Software
who did my intro. He made it short, pithy and funny which was appreciated by the audience (who has the privilege of sitting through 20 or so introductions!).
It was nice to be recognizedwithin our own community for being a great company. It felt really surreal, in a good way.
