  1. Cindy, we'll get you a copy forwarded by Monday at the latest-latest. =)

Firefly, you shouldn't have any murk in the Orange EO unless the product was not de-waxed prior to pressing. If it's from BB, drop Holly a line at holly(at)brambleberry(dot)com and tell her what's going on and we'll get it replaced for you.

  2. Thanks Anne Marie; I did confirm and did receive it last month but this month…. Nothing! So I would love for you to email it to me. My addy is: sudznbubbles (at) sbcglobal (dot) net.

    Thanks a million,
    Cindy

  3. Which essential oil is it? They typically don't go cloudy in my experience unless it's an oil that goes solid at cooler temperatures (like Anise).

  4. Cindy, did you confirm your email with the newsletter? No worries, I can email you yours if you let me know your email addy?

Firefly, Water in your essential oils? That's not a concern so long as you use the essential oils up quickly. They will be diluted by how much water is in there but should still perform in your product well.

The reason I suggested using them quickly is because bacteria grows in water and depending on that, you might end up with bacteria or mold contamination so I would refrigerate and use as quickly as possible.

  5. Hmm… I didn't get mine and I signed up last month. Is it too late to sign up again and still receive this one?

  6. Help Anne-Marie:What can i do if water gets into my essential oils? How will I know if it goes bad?
    Thanks!
