Happy Fourth of July! I hope you are having a fun and safe Independence Day. Today the family and I are enjoying a low-key day in the sun at Lake Samish (a small lake just south of Bellingham). Jamisen is a particularly adept trail builder, Lily loves to throw rocks and I’m catching up on about 37593 books. I just finished “Secrets of a Charmed Life” (fiction book about WWII) and loved it. Mom, I’m sending it your way next!
If the kiddos stay up, we may go watch the fireworks over Bellingham Bay but that’s a long shot. Both Chris and I seem like we are more tired than the kids every night (haha). Bramble Berry is closed for the federal holiday, but will resume shipping orders tomorrow, Tuesday, July 5th. The website is open for orders 24/7.
In other news, today officially marks the first day of orange week for #SoaptheRainbow, so start sharing your orange projects on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. I will choose the first winner tomorrow! =) Happy Independence Day!

Looks like a wonderful day with family! I can’t believe your babies are so big! <3

Right?! How does that happen so fast?! Lily is starting preschool in the Fall and can totally talk in full sentences. No more babies in diapers. It’s exhilarating and also, a little sad. It’s the beginning of another era for sure =)

Thank you Rhea! I am so lucky that I get to do what I do every day and LOVE it; just absolutely love it. Talking small business, being creative and working with entrepreneurs every day is so exciting =)

Happy 4th of July!!
I love you Soap Queen, but how do I stop your news feeds from posting on my fb to all my friends as me?
Kelsey says
Thank you Jan, hope you had an awesome 4th of July! I’m a bit confused about your question, sorry about that. Are the blog posts automatically posting on your Facebook page? Or are your comments on the Facebook page showing up on your news feed? Let me know and I’ll help you troubleshoot. 🙂
