When we switched to our new shopping cart, we were euphoric. We even popped the champagne in the offices (a first). Alas, it wasn’t meant to be … yet.
We knew the new site would have some issues, despite lots of beta testing. We didn’t expect it to have so many issues. Wowzers! We still have more work to do on the new site and there are some kinks to work out before we give it to you again.
So, for now, we’re headed back to the old, tried and true, Bramble Berry site. Yes, it will still be the old shopping cart without the bells and whistles but it will be the old shopping cart that works each and every time.
We’ll get back to the grindstone on your new and improved shopping cart and while we’re doing that, I hope you get back to soaping with Bramble Berry products. You can buy them in our trusty, tried’n’true shopping cart at www.brambleberry.com
Thanks for your support. It means so much to me. I was definitely bummed when the bugs were too many to fix on Saturday. But, we’re re-grouping and it’ll be back and better than ever when we launch … again =)

Old site or new site – we will still be shopping with you. Main thing was you could get the old site back up and if will give reason for another celebration when you go live with the new one again.
Aw, that sucks. But at least you had a great back up plan and acted quickly to get us a cart. After all, what would we do without our Bramble Berry goodies?
Ahh, such is life. The little trials and tribulations. They just make our successes that much sweeter! Hang in there!
I love computers, they keep us humble. I’m just glad you have a working shopping cart because I’ve been making my list.
It’s really good you were able to launch the old site so quickly when you found problems with the new one. At least at this point you’re just down to fine-tuning and have the lion’s share of the work behind you!

Thanks. Maybe I shouldn’t have tried to knock out the big 2009 goal in the first month. Perhaps waiting an extra month to make sure it’s perfect would be a better idea … (ha ha)
