We’re welcoming a fresh look to Bramble Berry, and because you’re the heart of our business, we want to introduce it to you. Just like you, we’ve been feeling creative—wondering about a softer color here, a brighter word there, and a fresh new logo. You can now see some of those changes on Bramble Berry along with our social media outlets. Soap Queen will also be getting a face lift in the upcoming weeks, so be on the lookout.
Behind the scenes, not a thing has changed. We’re still in the lab, testing recipes and looking for your next favorite ingredient. And the commitment to our conversation with you is stronger than ever. We’re still us, just with a bit more style. Now that you know what we’ve been up to, be sure to tell us about your creative journey too.

Color contrast could be stronger. It’s impossible for me to spot clickable/linked text from the normal text.
Kelsey says
We are working on making the linked text stand out more so it’s easier to find and click. Thanks for your feedback Jade.

Just a note: on my iPad if I have it in portrait view, I cannot see anything search-related. I cannot look for product at all. When I switch to landscape; boom, there it is. Took me quite a while to figure it out.
Kelsey says
We are working on the tablet version now to get it fixed. Sorry about any inconvenience Katie. It should be up and running soon.

I’m a long-time customer so I’m a bit nostalgic for the old looks, but I agree they were a bit dated and in need of an update. I hope this rebranding helps get you guys positioned where you want to be, especially given that hipster crafting has exploded over the last several years!
My younger sister visited recently and we did some soap crafting. She loved it so much that she already placed an order and is using the app. So I know at least one person in the 20-25 demographic is into it 🙂
Kelsey says
Thanks Shannon, glad to hear your sister is getting hooked on crafting. Once you try handmade products it’s hard to go back to store bought.

Missy says
I am very new to Bramble Berry and love this look. For someone new to this craft I have to say how much I appreciate how comprehensive it is. Seems like no stone has been left unturned and I it gives me the feeling that I can do this! Thank you BB!
Kelsey says
Oh thank you Missy, we love making soap and sharing what we find. You can definitely do this. 🙂

It’s way off to the right on my android phone. Nothing like getting something new…websites included.
Kelsey says
I just checked on my phone and the website is displayed correctly. What type of Android phone do you have, and what browser are you using? I will have our website team check into that and get it fixed.

Alli says
Will this mean new lables on your products too? The ink on the bottles, the heavy fuschia color, bleeds like crazy if it gets even the least bit wet. And it’s dang near impossible to get it off of the counter if you are unlucky enough to set it down.
Kelsey says
I am sorry about that Alli, I let our warehouse team know about the bleeding so they look into that.

I’m another one who will really miss the old logo that I grew up “soap wise” with. I don’t feel the Brambleberry warmth with the new logo. It reminds me of a cosmetic line branding. Is the term “handcraft provisions” a new hipster way to say “soap and cosmetic making supplies?”
Either way I love you Anne Marie! You have been a true inspiration when I started soaping! I still day dream through your books for soapy inspiration!
Warm Regards
Den

Thank you for your feedback Deb. 🙂

Martina says
Agree with everything you said Deb!!
I hate these new “cold and clean” looks.
Very unwelcoming! 🙁
Also, on my iPhone the search button doesn’t work. And I don’t see Web Specials and Clearance buttons.
Kelsey says
Thank you for your feedback. We are working on the mobile site to get the search working, it will hopefully be fixed soon. The web specials and clearance categories can be accessed through the drop down menu. It is the button with three lines at the top right-hand corner of the screen next to the search button.

Martina says
Hi Kelsey, I can find it on my IPhone (that’s where the search is wonky), but on my iPad there’s no drop down menu for the specials and stuff. It is old though, with IOS 9? I think, so that could be it. But when I search for it, it shows me. 🙂
Kelsey says
The tablet version of the site is still being worked on. We’re hoping to have it fixed soon so you can navigate more easily.

Katie says
I couldn’t find anywhere to search or look for product. I went straight to Facebook to see what others said about it. That led me here. Glad it’s being fixed.
Cathy says
Love the evolving of a company as it grows! Good for you guys! Brambleberry and Soap Queen is where I got my start and passion for soaping. Keep up the good work crew!
Kelsey says
Thank you Cathy, that means a lot to us.

Margaret Grimm says
I loved the old logo! I will seriously miss it. That said, there is something cute about the little b that looks like it was quickly scrawled with a lip tint. It is simple and clean. I do wonder about the subtitle handcraft provisions because when I think handcraft, for some reason paper crafting is the first thing that comes to mind. Maybe something like spa craft would be clearer? Anyway I will miss the old logo, but I can see the beauty of the new design too and especially love your company and the awesome customer service you always supply!
Kelsey says
Thank you Margaret, we really appreciate your orders and we love seeing the beautiful soap you make with the supplies.
-Kelsey with Bramble Berry
Jen Reed says
I’d like to hear the explanation behind “handcraft provisions.”
Kelsey says
It’s another way to say soap making supplies. 🙂

Bridgette Newman says
I think that it was Perfect! Just as it was!
But, if you decided that a change was in order, then I will adapt.
Nothing can keep me from enjoying this creative site.
If it wasn’t for Anne-Marie, a.k.a Soap Queen, I would not have fell in love with Soaping!
Thank you,
Bridgette
Kelsey says
Thank you Bridgette, glad you’re enjoying the site.

Leslie says
like the new look but the mobile version doesn’t scale correctly. Half of the page is off the screen on the right side and I can’t center or scale it so, for me, the mobile site is unusable. Unfortunate because that’s what I use most.
Kelsey says
I just checked on my phone and the website is scaled correctly. What browser and phone are you using? I’ll pass that along to the website team so they can see what’s up so you can shop easily.
-Kelsey with Bramble Berry
Michael says
It does seem pretty bland and lacking in creativity. But then again I don’t have to like it.
Kelsey says
Thank you for your input. 🙂

Kaitlyn M. says
I love the new look! It’s simplistic, clean, and easy on the eyes. I hate when websites have too much to click on, or the design is super crazy. Simplicity is wonderful 🙂
Kelsey says
Thanks Kaitlyn, we love the simplicity as well.
-Kelsey with Bramble Berry
Huh says
Not super impressed
Kelsey says
Thank you for your feedback. 🙂

I got on the site last night and I just love the changes 🙂 The new logos are adorable! I look forward to seeing what else is new!
Kelsey says
Thanks so much Teri, we’re really excited about the changes and we’re glad you are too.
