Roasted warm hazelnuts meld beautifully with the sultry notes of Madagascar vanilla and supporting notes of marshmallow fluff, butterscotch taffy, caramel, and a touch of golden walnut butter and shea nut round out this crowd pleaser of a fragrance. Hi Ashley!
Black Raspberry Vanilla Fragrance Oil is super great to work with and it actually doesn’t discolor at all! You can use it in lotions, cold process and melt and pour soaps without any problems. 🙂

i have your cream cheese frosting fo i know it discolors m/p but if i color the soap pink and purple will it still change the color brown? tia
Becky with Bramble Berry says
The Cream Cheese Frosting does discolor pretty dark, and even if you color the soap with a pink and purple it may discolor that as well. If you are wanting to get a dessert-type fragrance that doesn’t discolor, I’d suggest trying the Non-discoloring Vanilla or working with a darker color scheme for your Cream Cheese Frosting soap. I hope this helps! 🙂

Hi!
I’m in the process of placing an order from you guys (you have the COOLEST website and products out there!), but I had a quick question. Well, I have a bunch of questions, but the major one is. can you make spherical candles using your soap sphere mold? I have a stunning garden that I’m trying to save by turning it into soap before the first frost (keeping my fingers crossed that it will hold off a bit) and I’m new to making soap. Also, if you have any advice on how to cutdown on buying a ton of micas, pigments, and oxides I’d appreciate it. I seem to look at them and say, I want that one, but is it a true red and will it bleed? Oh what about that green? Will it be green enough? I’m interested in trying your beautiful peppermint soap from last year so I want the right red. Plus with using natural products from my garden I want to highlight them and make them POP! in soap and I’m stuck. I’m sorry this is so long, but I’ve been extremely sick and despite loving your site. I constantly see something and think, “I might need that, but what if I don’t?”
Honestly if you can answer some of those questions for me about the molds for saoaps being used as candles as well and the colorants, I’d be thrilled! Oh, one other thing…your jojoba beads….I can’t tell the difference in size of small medium and large. I don’t want them too large, just a nice enough size that they feel good. The size like (do I dare say Bliss Spa?) uses in their super minty scrub.
Thanks!
Dominique
Warm regards!

Good morning, Dominique!
Thank you so much for your kind words, we really appreciate it! We’ve never use the soap sphere mold to make spherical candles, but because it is silicone, it should work just fine to make those cute candles you are planning on.
A great way to try our products without having to commit to buying a large amount is to try a few of our sample packs:

I recently purchased SLS from your company to make my melt and pour soap more sudsy but it did not come with instructions on how to use it. Do I mix it with water before I add it and what are the ratios? Thanks!
Anne-Marie says
I’d suggest starting at 5% by weight – and you can mix the SLS with a little water ahead of time (but that gets foamy) or try wetting it with your fragrance oil. =)
Michelle says
That is cool you have Palm Stearic wax. I’ve only ever used palm wax and I’m wondering if this is the same idea. It’s very hard to find palm wax these days.

I’m glad to see all the newness, but I noticed that all of the sampler kit descriptions list 12 bottles, but there are not 12 fragrances listed. Just thought I’d pass that along. 😉
Courtney says
Thanks for letting us know. We didn’t catch that. We’ve fixed the description on the site =)
