Thank you so much to all of our customers and readers for voting Bramble Berry‘Supplier of the Year’ for the entire soap and toiletry industry. We are so thankful and thrilled to be part of such a wonderful industry and this is icing on the cake. Thank you!

Service, price, quality, and variety are the keys to customer loyalty according to what our respondents told us. Some also commented on the advantage of being close enough to a company to either pick up product or at least close enough to save on shipping costs, so that is something always in our minds, especially with escalating shipping rates.     We had a great Egyptian Musk that we adored but it didn't sell very well (sad). I can see if I can tack on a couple pounds for you to our next bulk order of other supplies if you want?

    Ambergris … I can order you a 25 pound size for a mere $488 (or so) if you want to splurge for enough to have you bathe in it forever and forever. =))

We're in the process of expanding out line so I'm in research mode and was noticing how much your already informative website has turned into a plethora of knowledge and the blog is fantastic! 5 years ago when we were starting on our journey in lotion, scrubs and balms valuable information was few and far between. And we continue to get the vast majority (we're talking 98%) of our supplies from your company! Congrats!

    P.S. Two wishes I have for you my genie of all things crafty. I need a fantastic Egyptian Musk… I'm looking for something similar to Tanzing Momo's (I have no idea how to spell it).And for Ambergris to stay available forever and ever, amen. I have heard the distressing news on that fragrance and since I use it in 5 out of 10 of my fragrances you can imagine my panic! Calgon, take me away.

  7. I agree, hopefully it was my vote that helped tipped the scales because I am definitely a fan of you great customer service and even if there's a slight issue, it's resolved immediately. We all make mistakes, it's how you address them that makes the difference between a business and agreat business.

  8. ok. to be perfectly honest, i clicked out of the issue because I was getting all freaked out over the FDA act and testing and clinical conditons. and worrying.

    so then i clicked over here and voila! so glad to know and do business with such a woman of excellence!
