I would just like to leave one final thank you comment, which I thought I did yesterday and must have deleted it 🙁
Michelle – Thank you for the compliment. It’s not difficult at all, just keep both layers in a think trace and have fun even if you mess up.
Ann-Marie – Thank you again. Yep, just 2 yrs and can’t wait to see how my techniques and creativity improve as the yrs go by.
My Dear Corris – Thanks for posting your comment. You are always an inspiration to me when I see your beautiful smile.
Okay that’s it, because I can go on and on, but thank you all again.
Steph

Steph, congrats on the mention. Two of my fave blogs all in one! I hope I get to sample one of your coconut cream soaps! They look awesome. Btw, the key lime pie I got in the swap was wonderful!

Hi Michelle –
Isn’t it beautiful? I love the soap and I suspect it’s something that can be made once you know the technique.
Thank you Steph for posting. It’s inspiring to read that you’ve only been making soap for two years. The progress you’ve made is impressive. The Coconut Creamed Soap is really an advanced looking soap. I can’t wait too try my hand at something similar looking!

Gosh, I never expected this. You would not believe how many people I called and emailed about this post, as I have been a HUGE fan of your company and blog.
Though many may think I have many years of soapmaking, it will only be my second year next month. This has been an obsession for me, which has driven my family and friends crazy.
Yes, I have had bad batches, especially when experimenting, but it has been worth it. I “play” it extremely safe when it comes to precautions, especially after having minor accidents–inhaled lye fumes on my 2nd batch and burned my forehead a couple of times. But as long as you are protected and your little ones, including your pets, are no where near your soapmaking environment, you can always have fun “playing with soap”.
Practice, practice, practice and accepting positive and negative feedback from all who have received my soaps has made a whole world of difference.
Thank you very much,
Steph

That looks good enough to eat. Now this is something I wish I knew how to do. Very cool idea.
