How cool and functional is this little device? Not the needle holder (which looks suspiciously like the pencil holders I used in fifth grade) but the yarn ball holder case.
Balls of yarn stay clean and sit securely inside the zip case, while the yarn can be pulled through the grommet holes on the top of the case to facilitate easy knitting.

I think it’s an awesome idea! After 9/11, I quit knitting so much on planes and haven’t actually tried to bring my supplies on a plane in years but this might be just the impetus to try it again.
Sigh. I do so love knitting but never seem to find the time.

This is so cool! This is far more practical than those plastic jars with screw lids…that inevitably topple over with the slightest yank on the yarn.
