Hiding the little square boxes of cupcakes was a challenge. The answer to the challenge was candy – copious amounts of candy!
The Skittles were received the best. The Skittles could be eating with the cupcakes. The Sweet Tarts and Starbursts had to be eaten separately from the cupcake. Also, the Skittles added a nice burst of extra fruit flavor once the cupcake was consumed.
The candy saved the day and made the square cupcakes look like something cute and crafty. As a bonus, the extra sugar in the candy helped prolong the sugar high for everyone.
Check back tomorrow to read about our latest fragrance oil additions at Bramble Berry.

Awww, thanks so much for your kindness. It is wonderful that you're a fan of Bramble Berry and that you're enjoying the blog. We really upped the tutorials this year so when you get to year 2009, I think you'll be thrilled. Thank you for your support. =)
PS – It's hard to make a bad cupcake …

Anne-Marie, I have to smile at all the trouble you seem to have with cupcakes – both edible and non-. but they always seem to come out right in the end. These look scrumptious! And as my dad used to say, "It all goes down in the same place, anyway." LOL
p.s. I'm loving your blog, I started back at your very first post and am determinedly (but most enjoyably) working my way up to the present. While I'm editorializing, I just want to say that I've placed 3 orders (so far!) from Bramble Berry, and am just overawed with your customer service, products, and (perhaps best of all) your Soap Queen vids on YouTube. Thank you for doing what you do and inspiring the rest of us!
