For bronze-y skin care, take a look at the Shimmer Stick that came out in this week’s newsletter (didn’t get it? sign-up here!) It’s a super-pigmented solid bar that also imparts plenty of skin-loving moisture. It’s fragranced with Burnt Sugar Fragrance Oil, which features delicious notes of amber and vanilla. Sometimes all that glitters really is gold!

The final tutorial in our Bronze Series is the Beautiful Bronzing Lotion. Made with the Aloe Lotion Base, this is a beginner recipe that can be made in a matter of minutes.

What You’ll Need:

8 oz. Aloe Lotion Base
2 tsp. Gold Sparkle Mica
1 tsp. Bronze Mica
5 mL Burnt Sugar Fragrance Oil
8 oz. Bottles (White Disk Cap)

ONE: In a bowl, portion out the lotion base.

TWO: Mix in the gold sparkle mica, bronze mica and 5 mL Burnt Sugar Fragrance Oil. Stir until thoroughly mixed in. We found using a whisk worked just fine, but you could also use a hand or stand mixer.

THREE: Transfer the lotion into a bottle, and enjoy!
