Too, too funny. However, I must say that a week ago I was on a Horizon Air flight and the service was super. My 87 year old mother and I were flying together and we requested a wheelchair for her to get to the gate. Very friendly and helpful people and they would not accept a tip (expected standard is $5.00 for wheelchair service). I won’t talk about the United flight service we experienced though.

I’ve learned that if you speak gibberish long enough, they eventually give you a live person. That’s a problem when people are around you, though. Once there was a painter in my house and he was perplexed…c’est la vie!
