I have a question. I just read through the sections of the act pertaining to cosmetics and HOLY COW! But I am curious as to what constitutes cosmetics? This new act states: “the amendment made by subsection (a) applies to cosmetics through the operation of section 604 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as added by section 301 (a).” I looked up the FFDC act and there is no section 604. I’m confused…..
