  1. Just signed up for the newsletter. How could I have missed signing up before? I hate missing out on Brambleberry goodness. 🙂

  2. Unfortunately, some email hosts block our email newsletters as SPAM. We do all this technical mumbo-jumbo on our end by registering with different white list services and filling out endless forms for Yahoo and AOL to try to get our emails through to everyone who wants them.
Sadly, this doesn’t work for everyone. If you aren’t receiving our emails, try contacting your email host and let them know that you want emails coming from [email protected]. Many servers allow their users to create their own custom white list of approved senders.
    Hope this helps!

  3. I’m another that subscribed ages ago (and have been told my email address, too, already exist). I’ve never received any newsletters! I certainly do not have BB on any blocked senders list.

    What gives??

  4. I have subscribed before. I have only received one newsletter in the past. When I went to do it again, it says that my email address already exists. I have check my spam for the newsletter. Any suggestions?
