In case you didn’t get the Bramble Berry newsletter, here’s my favorite photo of the sushi soap. It still needs to be improved upon a little bit before we film SoapQueenTV next weekend but it’s getting close.

  1. These are an absolutely fabulous project for my craft group. The kids love sushi – we’ve made the real stuff and candy rolls – and they will go nuts for this…only I didn’t get my newsletter either! (I have been away on my honeymoon and my mailbox sent me a “too full” message!) Could you send it to me as well ([email protected])?

  2. kat, Fragrance Lake was beautiful but no fragrance. Apparently, it’s named after a person and not the aroma (ha ha).

Kari and Ocean, if you tell me your email addy, I’ll forward you a copy of the newsletter =)

  3. I didn’t get the newsletter either-it says I’m already signed up, but it didn’t come.

  4. Those look so wonderful and realistic, I think I'm getting hungry again (and I just had dinner)!

  5. i didn't get my copy of the newsletter- weird…. maybe my spam filter ate it

  6. Hey Anne-Marie,
Just wanted to say thanks for the info about Saponifier Magazine and swirling techniques. I purchased and downloaded a subscription and the march/april issue on swirling.

i so love that tutorial from balsam winner of the contest! cannot wait to do the swirl!

    what a great resource.

those sushi and fortune projects would be great in a japanese or asian themed little trio. thanks for those as well!

    so, was Fragrance Lake…fragrant?
