I haven't heard of anyone hurt, Teresa, but you're right. That's the first concern.
BathCake, Agreed. However, a large credit card processor like Authorize.net (who processes payments for over 230,000 merchants) should probably have more redundant back up systems. This is probably a wake up call for them. I'm just glad we had PayPal to do backup processing for us.
How incredibly awesome is that, that they can recover from a fire within 4 hours.
Yikes…I hope nobody was hurt in that fire.
