OMHSoap3
Our new custom Oatmeal, Milk & Honey soap mold is here. In the soap above, I scented with Oatmeal, Milk & Honey fragrance (of course), and used the Melt & Pour Toolkitto make the words, the wheat sheaf and bees stand out. I used Heavy Metal Gold mica in white soap base for the words and wheat sheath and Orange Mica mixed with Cappuccino Mica for the bees. The detail work was made easy by the depth of the carving for the bee and wheat sheaf. I also added a bit of long-cook Oatmeal to add texture and definition to the bar.

  1. OMH is definitely one of our best selling fragrances. It’s very warm and homey smelling with a sort of unisex appeal.

I hope you like the mold if (when?) you get to try it.

I actually gave the bar in the photo away to the Martha Stewart Radio Show host. He said it was his favorite fragrance. I hope he’s liking his bar right now =)

  2. Oatmeal, milk and honey is just one of those timeless scents. I love what you have done with this mold. Makes it very unique and recognizable at the same time

  3. My Oatmeal Milk and Honey mold arrived today – HOORAY!!

I also got the cartoon cow mold – it is soooo cute!

  4. It’s a sweet soap, and I liked it so much, I nearly bought the mold (until I added up all the fragrance oils I had in my e-cart and thought I’d better save it for my next BB order *grin*).

  5. MMmmmm looks and sounds yummy. for some reason the color reminds me of the candy bit-o-honey. I love that candy.
