Look at this beautiful soap made by Mark at Otion the Soap Bar here in Bellingham. It was made using one of Bramble Berry’s newest molds – the white tailed deer.

  1. Hi!

I saw this soap at Otion last week when we visited while on our vacation. It is really pretty!! I emailed the following message to BrambleBerry this past week. But, I wanted to send it to you directly, as well. By the way, Amber @ BB responded to let us know the employee is named Sarah. She is a gem!! A great help with our large order.

I just wanted to give a big “Job Well Done” to the sweet gal working at
your Otion store on Saturday, September 15th. We were there when she opened
the shop and placed an order for a LOT of M&P soap bases (60#). She rallied
’round and was wonderful getting the order together all the while helping us
with fragrance suggestions and helping other customers.

    She impressed our 8
year old son with her amazing knowledge of “Transformers” (including the
words to the theme music), a feat not many adults can do! All this, after
she told us of her car being burglarised the night before!! I can honestly
say I would not have had the cheerfulness she displayed after that incident!

I am embarrased to say that I did not get her name (but, given as she was
the only employee there at the time AND the one that opened the shop that
day, I am sure YOU will know her!). She was (is) lovely and a great asset
to your company as far as customer service and as a business representative.
Knowledgeable, pleasant, pretty and fun. What more could you want. GREAT
JOB!!! Please tell this nice gal how much we enjoyed working with her and
that we will, most certainly, return to Otion on our next visit to
Bellingham. Sincerely, Leslie (you can check the invoices for my last name!!!)
