  1. They should be much easier on your thumbs. They release extremely well! =) Thank you for your business.

  2. I just received my order today, I only bought two of these molds but I’m excited to try them they are beautiful. I’m also hoping that they’ll be alot easy on my thumbs when I’m getting the soap out of the mold!

  3. Mainly for melt & pour? What tips can you share for cold process soapers using these beautiful molds?

  4. Does rubbing alcohol work with CP too? Should I use that in addition to or instead of a mold release? Thanks!

  5. Thanks for the vote of confidence! I love the Tree of Life too. It’s absolutely stunning in person and I can’t wait to start doing multi colored soaps with these next. We’ve just done the single pours thus far.

  6. We sprayed rubbing alcohol before pouring and that took away any air bubbles which was nice. =)

  7. I hear ya’. The molds are different than anything we’ve carried before in that they are large large hunks of silicone. That’s the only way to get such great detail work.

  8. I love molds too. I have hundreds of them. It’s sort of an addiction! =)

The Pepperberry could not meet skin irritating ratings under the new IFRA-44 regs (the pepper in there was/is considered irritating to skin under new regs) and the reformulations just weren’t good. So, it’s gone. But I can always special order 10 pounds of it for you if you need some in a pinch =)

  9. Oh my gosh, for someone who is a bit of a hoarder when it comes to molds, you are such an enabler! These are just stunning. The more details the better. I am making 75 horses heads and 75 saddle molded soaps right now so you know I love pretty soaps.
On another note, a scent note that is, is the Pepperberry being sold under a different name or is it gone like a freight train?

  10. OMGosh; I have haunted this guy’s store and have not dared buy. But guess which one I HAVE to have? Little Miss Fancy Pants hearts the flourish heart one……#elegant

  11. These new molds are beautiful. But, wow, are they expensive! Kinda rough on an old lady with a fixed income.

  12. I always worry about getting air bubbles in molds that intricate.

That said, the Ripple mold is striking – I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like it!

  13. Ugh. I just placed an order today… Maybe the next one! I am LOVING that owl mold!

  14. I love these AM! I use the Ripple and Tree of Life for my gifting soaps. They come out beautifully, both in MP and CP – just great 🙂
