To prepare for the switchover to HDTV from analog, Congress has signed off on a new $1.5 billion subsidy program aimed at making sure the nation’s couch potatoes continue to get their viewing needs met.

  3. I think I’ll just go tv-free. We don’t use it for anything but watching movies with our girls(checked out of the library for free =D)anyways, and only have one in the house. They can just keep their little subsidy!
