The founder of Mi is named “Mimie.” I immediately figured that “Mi” was short for Mimie. Yeah, not so much. You know what they say about assuming… It turns out that “Mi” means “Rice” in Chinese. Thus, many of the recipes incorporate Rice Bran Oil. Mi is all about simple beauty and personal balance.
