Otion’s popular Soap Intensive Weekend is officially taking registrations. Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with access to two airports (Seattle and Bellingham), getting here is a snap. With our Cold Process soap expert flying over from Australia (Jude Birch from Aussie Soap Supplies) and a brand new Melt and Pour expert completely with rockin’ new ideas, this Soap Intensive Weekend will be sweet. Erin Pikor wrote two of the most popular Soap Queen blogs ever (frosted CP cupcakes & solid sugar scrub). Her projects are crowd pleasers with style.
Otion’s jam-packed weekends usually book out at $1250 per weekend but the Soap Intensive Weekend is just $350. Want to join in the soapy sweet fun? Sign up here.
PS – Here are some of the blog posts from SWI’s from previous years to read over and drool.

Thank you so much for the invite to teach this year Anne-Marie! I am so excited and can’t wait to finally get a peek at Otion, meet the other instructors and the wonderful students who will be attending! I am counting the days!

Just plan for 2011! =) We’ll know the dates by around January of 2011 – it’s almost always in July or August.
Anne-Marie says
I’m on it – we are working on getting them with pricing that makes sense for Bramble Berry and not just the classes at Otion. =) They are nifty though, aren’t they?
Anne-Marie says
Thank you! We will totally miss your creativity in Bellingham this year and I’m so appreciative for your support from afar. =)
Anne-Marie says
A baby in the class would certainly make it highly unforgettable! =) We will look forward to seeing you in 2011!

Totally hear ya’ – if you sign up for the free account, it will remember who you are but I remember when I didn’t love having to sign up for the account either. I did a ‘guest’ posting on IndieBusinessBlog.com using this system for longer than I care to admit! =)) I think I like this system because it allows for easier and better communication between me and the Soap Queen peeps.

D’oh…wrong timing for me. I’ll be in that neck of the woods in June and then again late Sept-ish, and can’t justify going there in August. What a terrific deal it is, though, and I know it’s super fun!

I like the format, but I like how the old way had me logged in at blogger and had all my info already.
π It’s pretty cool though!

So when are you going to carry the clam shells that I see in the soap king blog?
Debbie Chialtas says
Ooh! I’m so excited to read that Erin will be teaching this year. She is so awesome and talented! Great line up!

I wish you were closer to NJ. I have never been to Washington and would love to go but I’ll be 8.5 months pregnant and I don’t think you want me having a baby in class π So I am hoping for next year!
Meg Hopper says
Hooray! Looking forward to it! Thanks!
Anne-Marie says
Yay! I can’t wait for you to be here. Fun! I’ll check in with Otion and have them email you the official “Yes, you’re in! Welcome” note just to be on the extra safe side =)))

I paid for a spot but only got the receipt in my email…Any other confirmation of attendance on the way? Ticket or something? I am gonna book my flight/hotel but wanted to make sure the spot was solid. I haven’t been to WA before so it seemed like a good reason to take a little vacay. π

I switched it up to this cool format so I can respond to individual comments (instead of trying to keep up with them all at the end). =) I hope you like it.

I wish you were closer to Los Angeles! π
