Our fun list of social media sites just keeps growing and growing. We’ve got Pins of the week, Tweets of the week and now, Vines of the week! Vine is a super cool app for iPhones that allows you to take 6 second videos. Of course, I had to take a few Vine videos while making my leopard print spots for this week’s Soap Challenge:
I was happy with how the soap turned out. Yes, expect a tutorial in the future for this fun project.
As for my favorite pins, this week seems to have an (unintentional!) purple theme.
Love this quote. No day is a bad day to start living your dreams =)
These hydrangea cupcakes are as beautiful as they are delicious. These would be perfect little treats to bring to your next spring barbecue!
Look a little bit closer; these aren’t real rocks, they’re soap geodes! This was a little project our team over at Otion whipped up, and I love how real they look. They even posted a handy guide so you can try it out yourself!
And just like last time, I’d love to share my fave tweets of the week too. Here are some of my favorite things in 140 characters or less:
- Long-winded emails are a thing of the past. I love this advice about how to send a concise, convincing email.
- Seeing submissions for our Fair Ivy contest was so much fun! The winners haven’t been announced yet, but you can check out which ones we selected as finalists.
- Do you get antsy sitting for long hours at work? Try building a standing work space! I love being able to check emails (and do a little exercising!) from my treadmill work station.
Happy Friday everyone! I’m totally looking forward to some fun in the – as long as our PNW weather cooperates. =)

Hey there! I am totally loving the Vine App. The best part for me was seeing Anne-Marie’s belly doing a little peek-a-boo action. (first video) Love it! lol
I miss being pregnant, so I enjoyed that! Beautiful soaps, by the way!
Anne-Marie says
With only 3 weeks left, the belly definitely has a lot of cameos in all our photos and videos right now. I can hardly wait to meet our little Bramble Girl =)
