Beautiful Soaps from Liliana in Puerto Rico. I received the nicest email today that just made me smile and I had to share. Right before I head to the Hill on behalf of small home crafters everywhere, it was the perfect reminder that home soapers do amazing, innovative things and that keeping options open to small business everywhere is important.Here is a little snippet from Liliana’s email:
