Welcome to our third business post mashup, a resource list from this blog for managing your business! These posts are compiled of my own musings, experiences, and also a few special guest posts. There’s a lot of info here, so I’ve broken it down into three parts: Customer Service, Leadership and Team Building, and general Business Management.

  1. well, as I can see from my first comment on this post, it took me only 9 days to follow all the links, order 5 of the suggested books (Did any body say Information overload?), follow some of the blogs and decide which ones I should regularly visit, try to reorganize my desk and my head and follow my daily plan in a more disciplined manner.
Thank you sooooooo much once more for collecting all those interesting posts in a single post. It was really fascinating.

  2. Anne-Marie, you’re fabulous as always.
I need the rest of my life to read all those posts and follow the links.
Thank you soooo much for sharing those links and personal experience so generously with your readers.

  3. Thanks for all these; can’t wait to read them all! Loved your “Lessons from the Shooting Range”.
