this is my first time making soap, and i will like to know really, how much fragrance oil do i need for a 1lb soap, of course i will let you know how mines comes out. thanks

It depends on what fragrance or essential oil that you are using, but we usually suggest about .5 ounces per pound of melt and pour base. But, if you are scenting it with a Bramble Berry fragrance, you can use our Fragrance Calculator which will calculate the exact amount for you:

I made soap! Yay! You took away my fears….the tiny batch I made before was about gone this time…confident in my skills cuz armed with knowledgeyou instilled iin me…I made peppermint, lavendar mint soap. It was an olive oil base, I added grapeseed oil to that! To my surprise…clear melt and pour…..when I added the fo/eo’s turned pure white. But that’s all good, its pretty and it smells amazing. Thank you!
