Thank you CakeSpy for featuring these super crafty felt cupcakes. I should order myself a set or two since the real things aren’t doing me any favors lately.

Truth be told, I’ve gained a few pounds and I’m definitely blaming my blog! Yesterday, I met with Jody (founder of Cupcake Royale) and she graciously let me sample her Cupcake Harvest cupcakes. I proceeded to eat three partial cupcakes, all in the name of research (of course!). The Carmel Apple was definitely my favorite of the bunch. However, being filled with sugar and fat, all of the cupcakes were delicious. And, again, being filled with sugar and fat, all of the cupcakes are hip expanding, thigh enhancing, stomach softening little morsels of sin.
(grumble grumble) So, it’s off to the gym for me and back to eggs salad and fruit for the rest of the week.
I just rolled up the half-full bags and shoved all the leftover Halloween candy under the counter last night – WITHOUT even eating one piece!
I felt virtuous…
LOL, Joanna, I already finished the stale Halloween candy. LOL
I have a confession. When I see things made to look like cupcakes, I imagine taking a slow teethy bite and this photo of the felt ones are giving me the “nails on a chalkboard” feeling. Teeth on cloth….THAT is my “nails on chalkboard”…
Now, on the other hand, I went to Cupcake Royale’s website and now I have to figure out if my sugar-free pecan shortbreads or stale Halloween candy will do.

I agree, the felt ones are adorable but not quite doin’ it…
LOL!! I guess I should put partial blame on my hormones too 😉 See, your doing it again. I was getting a good mental picture of those cupcakes you tested. The felt ones aren’t helping me either. *thinking about visiting the fridge again, as I hang my head in shame. LOL
