I just got home from Seattle so my write up on the lessons I learned on the shooting range will have to wait until tomorrow morning. It was a wonderful day with lots to share … tomorrow.

  1. That was the cutiest little face in that bomb squad suit ! Ann Marie, I just love you, you always make me smile. I am so glad that I found Brambleberry , not only do you have great customer service and quality products, the owner is quite entertaining !! LOL

  2. Yeah I am just razzing you. I figured you were under some sort of supervision. 😉

I have ear protection like that it’s great. They have an attenuator or some sort of switch in them that turns the mic off if the sound is too loud.

I hope you had fun! I looks like you got to shoot some cool guns.

  3. I think that photo was taken when there were no rounds in the magazine and I was practicing the “give” of the Glock’s trigger – thus the no ear protection and finger on the trigger. But even with no bullets in the gun, the photographer (a fellow trainee) did get gently reminded to get out of the way of the gun! =)

The most interesting part to me about the ear protection was that you turned on the ear protection – like a stereo – and it allowed you to hear voices but dulled the sound of the gun fire. It was amazing technology.

  4. A resemblance of Angie Dickinson…power and control in the palm of her hand! I hope the ringing in your ears has gone away.

  5. When they said the head protection went over the ears, they didn’t mean it literally, hahahaha…..

  6. Great picture. Yeah, nice gun. I have my fire arms license and shooting practice has always been fun for me (not that I have done it in 4+ years!)
