This video demonstrates a technique I shared with Mario Bosquez on Living today (a Martha Stewart Sirius radio program) . The whole crew loved it so much I thought I should share it with my Soap Queen TV viewers too!
I love this innovative and economical project. It’s a great way to make reusable seasonal designs out of plain soap molds – allowing you to change your designs without purchasing new molds.

Here’s what you’ll need:
16 oz. Clear melt & pour soap
4 oz White melt & pour soap
Unmounted rubber stamps (the clear ones seem to work best)
Red-blue mica
Merlot mica
Liquid green oxide
Cranberry Fig fragrance
Melt & Pour tool kit
Basic Rectangle Mold

Anne Marie! I made these soaps today. I blogged about them so check and see how I did! Only three turned out, though. I also had my red layer too thick, I think.
I found my stamps on clearance at Hobby Lobby…a set of holiday stamps for the whole year…reg $20, I paid #3.50.

Hi Tori – I got the stamps from a rubber stamping store. You could find them online at a stamping store, or at a bricks'n'mortar store in your town or a larger craft chain like Holly Lobby, Michaels or Joanns.
great tips! I saw Joannes has little sets of clear stamps for $1! They had Halloween, Thanksgiving and christmas available and each set has 3-4 stamps in it.
Where did you get the soap stamps from? I couldn't find them on your website. Did I just not look hard enough? Also, I don't suppose that gell window clings would work…

Brittany, the pink/red stamps tend to be more rough cut and don't stick as well but there is no reason you couldn't use them =)
