I love Fall in Bellingham, Washington. There’s a nip in the air that screams hot cocoa, sweaters and snuggling. Red, orange and yellow leaves cover the ground for a breath-taking and a naturally artistic scene (Bellingham locals, you know what I’m talking about). I’m ready for pumpkins, spices and warm fragrances. Feast your eyes on some Autumn inspiration from Etsy.

Buh-by Summer.

I’ve had friends and family up all weekend and played copious amounts of board games, eaten more cheese than should be legal in a 3 day period and spent an entire day on a boat searching out whales. If I took any decent photos from the weekend, I promise to share them! =)

  1. Those are all so beautiful. Those Calla Lily soaps just knocked me out! I love the Fall: a mellow, relaxing time before the madness of the holiday season. -Ruth

  2. I love to put marshmallows in a mug and heat them in the microwave like three times until they develop a super thick crust and THEN put that on top of hot cocoa. It is absolutely pure fall joy.

  3. Sun Basil Garden is absolutely a gem of a soaper, isn’t she? So creative and yes, crave-worthy.

  4. Ha ha … as if! My husband knows that if it smells good in the kitchen that there’s a 50% change it’s either a candle or soap project. =) And, he loves me anyways. That’s true love …

  5. Hi Leslie,

You’ll get to see seal photos but not so many whale photos. We didn’t see one single whale but that’s okay because the day was magnificent, with or without whales. =)

  6. Some of them but definitely not all of them. They’re a mixture from all over Etsy of soap artisans. And they are all incredibly talented for sure!

  7. Thank you – the soap artists are all very talented. They did a great job expressing fall. =)

  8. We’ve already had a good amount of rain too. I hope it means that we’ll continue to have rain and not too much snow and ice this winter =)

  9. I will admit that summer is my favorite time of the year but yes, fall is pretty swell too =)

  10. Love the Spiced Pumpkin Pie Soap. What a great collection. Fall is my absolute favorite time of the year!

  15. Well isn’t this a nice way to end Labor Day and move into Fall (unofficially). When I first made this soap with BB’s Spiced Pumpkin Pie fragrance my husband thought I had baked a pie. He should know better ;+}. HAR HAR. You have the best fragrances!! Thanks for the recognition. – Hilary from A Slice of Delight

  18. I love the fall colors and the scents……spice and pumpkin and cinnamon and….warm fires and football games at the high school (maybe even a little snow, you never know in Nevada).

  19. What a gorgeous collection! I love your description of Fall in Bellingham. I would love to have a fall like that! In San Diego, the fall is “Santa Ana” weather – hot winds from the east blow the ocean breezes away, and then it’s fire season. It’s been unusually cool this summer, though. Maybe I’ll be able to wear a scarf this fall! 🙂

Thanks for the beautiful autumn inspiration!
