Thank you to all who participated in the Crazy Sexy Contest! It was fun (and inspirational) to read your SMARTER goals. You just took took the first step to actually reaching your goal by your PDA (Public Display of Accountability)! Three lucky SMARTER goal participants are winning the Crazy Sexy Diet Book by Kris Carr.  It’s not to late to commit to join our team of merry nutrition rebooters at the Bramble Berry Office. January 16 peeps – we’re doing it! We’re going coffee free, alcohol free, sugar free, meat free and gluten free for 21 days. Phew! We would love the virtual company. We’ll be periodically blogging our progress (not to worry, this is still a cough, cough SOAP blog) to keep our cleansing friends up to date with our progress and hear how you’re doing.  Learn more about the Crazy Sexy Diet by clicking on the link.

WINNERS (and their SMARTER goals)!

 kcbathhouse:

This could not of popped up at a better time on my news feed then NOW! By April 30th I will loose 30lbs,(which is small compared to the 120 I MUST loose) Baby steps right? I will start by working out 3-4 times a week cardio/aqua fit. I also will be cutting refined sugar and unhealthy carbs out of my diet and adding more veggies and fruit! I don’t drink coffee so that is a easy one for me, I do love me some peppermint tea. I will have a blog to go along with my weight-loss that way I’m accountable for everything in writing for the world to see!

Whitney:

I’m in, even if the thought of no coffee is terrifying…My goals are to lose 30 pounds by June 1, 2012. I will do this by working out 3 times per week, eating out no more than once per week, and preparing healthy meals at home. Hopefully this cleanse will help jump start all of this & help me kick the sugar.

Jeanee from Dirty Laundry:

HAPPY NEW YEAR Bramble Berry!

I’d LOVE to participate in the 21 day cleanse. I’m already 1 step ahead of the game because I already eat no meat. But no coffee or sugar? WAH!!!

I’d love to be a winner of the book! I’ll get my hubby to participate in the cleanse too :)

My SMART goal isn’t weight/food related. Well… I’m going to continue a SMART food goal from last year and that is to try a new recipe at least once a month. But I’d like to add that I need to incorporate the new recipes we like into our daily diet. It’s so easy to fall back into the same routine! I’m so glad that I take photos of almost everything we eat so I can always go back for reference. And I need to use my Vitamix more often.

Ok. My real SMART goal is to monetize my blog. I’ve already started some affiliate programs and receiving sponsor ad spaces for a small fee. Last year my 3-part craft show tip series were well received. So I’d like to combine it all to an ebook with worksheets for a small fee. And I’m thinking of writing an ebook on tips on how I stay organized.

Hmmm… I think those projects will take up 2012!

Thanks for sponsoring this awesome healthy giveaway!!!
